In order to control your Blueprint bill all users need to know what factors go into calculating your usage. As we have several billing tiers this article generically applies to all service tiers.
Base File Cost
Blueprint charges users for each file that is created by a user on the account. Thus whenever the Create File button is pressed an incremental cost is incurred. This applies to IncomeXpert and IncomeXpert PLUS files equally.
IncomeXpert PLUS Costs
Uploading PDF tax returns and other income documents to Blueprint is charged on a per-page basis. By sending Blueprint extraneous information additional page costs will be incurred. To minimize your costs follow the following rules.
- Only upload US Federal Tax Returns. Avoid sending state tax returns
- Only upload relevant tax years. Avoid sending tax returns older than 2 years
- Only upload returns for borrowers who are on the loan file
